Laat me mezelf zijn, dan ben ik tevreden`, schreef Anne Frank op 11 april 1944 in haar dagboek. De nieuwe gelijknamige expositie verbindt het levensverhaal van Anne Frank en de belangrijkste gebeurtenissen uit de Tweede Wereldoorlog met de actualiteit. Jongeren van nu komen aan het woord en vertellen over discriminatie, idealen, verwachtingen en de samenleving. Boeiende displays, audiovisueel materiaal en een aantal kernobjecten ondersteunen het verhaal.
